Objectives

A basic understanding of the circuitry to ensure that the trainee will better understand the use of as well as the limitations of the device being used.

Contents

1. Basic Frequency Counters circuit description.

2. Inputs and attenuators.

3. Use of timebase.

4. Use of these units to understand the limitations of these devices.

5. Calibration of these units. What is the purpose of calibration. Understanding the calibration certificate.

6. Practical use performing measurements and questions.
