MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical Matric
• Microsoft Office  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Electrical, Telecoms AC/DC power

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage new and existing international project as required
• Attend Client works order meetings as required
• Allocate completed work schedule to contractors.
• Monitor and Report on progress, faults and solutions during rollout
• Costing and quotes, when required
• Approve Site documents from Contractors and prepare documentation for invoicing to customer and payment to contractor
• Provide Technical support to International Customers and Contractors on the Inala Systems products such as ECS, ITMS, SAM2, Access Control, etc.
• Provide onsite Technical support where required and possible
• Inform Manager of any hardware or software bugs.
• Theory Training - Provide Hardware / Installation and Software training when necessary to the Customer or Contractor
• Practical Training – Provide onsite Hardware Installation training when necessary to the Customer or Contractor

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years’ experience in Technical related position (able to initiate and take ownership of tasks)
• Prior experience to telecoms AC/DC power infrastructure a must.
• Understanding of hybrid power cycling, telemetry systems, rectifier with battery back will be an advantage

ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) with a good command of English both verbally and written
• Excellent organization skills
• Assertiveness skills essential
• Listening skills
• Administration skills
• Has confidence to communicate with all levels of customers and people
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good people interface
• Ability to co-ordinate, maintain and monitor a project
• All round problem solving skills
• Patience
