Laurentius Human

Laurentius has a BSc degree in electrical engineering from Stellenbosch University. His first job was as a telecoms engineer with Transtel. Since then, his career includes being COO and executive director of IPICO Inc. in Canada, CEO of Obsidian Asset Management in South Africa where he also worked as executive director of Worldwide Capital before becoming a senior advisor to ORACA Research in the UK.

More recently, Laurentius was the CTO of Prism Wireless in South Africa. Laurentius describes his management style as open and decisive while fostering participation and focusing on strategic leadership. Among his personal notable achievements is the business he started in 1996 and which achieved public market listings on the Johannesburg and Toronto stock exchanges.
